Adamus Phillida

Adamus Phillida is a Captain of the Imperial Legion. He roams the Imperial City spending his days fighting the Dark Brotherhood almost to the same extent Hieronymus Lex hunts down the Thieves Guild, until one day he decides to retire in Leyawiin.

The player kills Adamus Phillida during the Permanent Retirement quest. For the bonus, you can take his severed finger and place it in the desk of his successor for some macabre intimidation.
