Agarmir has a house in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District. He is generally unfriendly towards you if you try to speak to him, and if you get too close to him while walking, he will stop short and say, "Ehhhh!"

Agarmir is a graverobber who is selling items to Thoronir of The Copious Coinpurse at Imperial City at a low cost during the quest, Unfriendly Competition. His friend, Rolgarel, helps him in his nefarious deeds.

He wields Debaser, the leveled fine steel shortsword.
