Amber Bow

From the OblivioWiki – your guide to everything Oblivion

Amber Bows can be forged from amber by the smith Dumag gro-Bonk who operates The Missing Pauldron in Bliss. He can forge one bow from two pieces of amber ore, and if you have a bow matrix, you will get an enchanted bow.

The quality of the bow and, if applicable, its enchantment is determined by your character's level when you ask Dumag to forge the bow for you.
