Amber Hammer

From the OblivioWiki – your guide to everything Oblivion

Amber Hammers can be forged from amber by the smith Dumag gro-Bonk who operates The Missing Pauldron in Bliss. He can forge one warhammer from four pieces of amber ore, and if you have a warhammer matrix, you will get an enchanted warhammer.

The quality of the warhammer and, if applicable, its enchantment is determined by your character's level when you ask Dumag to forge the warhammer for you.
