Amber Sword

From the OblivioWiki – your guide to everything Oblivion

Amber longswords can be forged from amber by the smith Dumag gro-Bonk who operates The Missing Pauldron in Bliss. He can forge one longsword from three pieces of amber ore, and if you have a longsword matrix, you will get an enchanted longsword.

The quality of the longsword and, if applicable, its enchantment is determined by your character's level when you ask Dumag to forge the longsword for you.
