Amusei is a male Argonian first seen in the Imperial City Waterfront, taking the Thieves Guild admission test along with you and Methredhel.He fails this test and later gets in trouble after doing freelance thievery on his own. He later successfully joins the Thieves Guild, and becomes one of Gray Fox's messengers, delivering orders from the guild leader to you.
