Belda is a two-level Ayleid Ruin, which can be found northeast of Roland Jenseric's Cabin in the Heartlands.

Since the Ayleid people vacated this ruin, Conjurer rogues (along with their Daedra servants) have moved in. The top level is home to a manually activated bridge and Spike Traps, along with an abundance of excellent loot.
Twenty-five Welkynd Stones and a Varla Stone can also be found inside.
