Black Band

The Black Band is a ring, which can be gained as a quest reward from the Dark Brotherhood quest A Watery Grave. The appearance of the Black Band ring is near-identical to most enchanted brass rings.
Note: The Effects of the Black Band ring is dependent to when you aquire it. The magnitude of the ring is dependent upon your level at the time you receive the ring.
