The Black Horse Courier is a periodical that features stories about parts of the game that the player has completed. Copies of the Black Horse Courier may be found in various buildings throughout Cyrodiil, by talking to Vlanarus Kvinchal in the Imperial City Waterfront or by obtaining one from the Courier that rides a black horse to all the cites in Cyrodiil, and can be picked up (legally) at their office in the Imperial City Market District.
