Black Waterside Stables are located outside Cheydinhal. The fastest horses in Cyrodiil are available here. They are the Black Horses and cost 5000 
. Only the White Horses of Anvil are stronger. Tovas Selvani sells the horses and Mivryna Arano does the ranch work.
