Caelia Draconis

Caelia Draconis is a Guard Captain in Leyawiin and also a member of the Imperial Legion. In the Dark Brotherhood dead drop quest Next of Kin she is one of the five Draconis family members that you must kill. After she is dead, her steel longsword is leaning on her gravestone outside of the family farm, Applewatch. In the list of gifts that Perennia Draconis gives you, she says that Caelia was always getting into tussles as a girl, and she always thought of her being something of a tomboy.
