Captain Steffan

Captain Steffan is an Imperial Commander of the Blades at Cloud Ruler Temple in the absence of Grand Master Jauffre. In the mission Spies he will tell you that the spies you must track down are often seen near the rune stone south of the Temple. If Baurus dies, Captain Steffan will take his place during the Light the Dragonfires quest.
