Ceyatatar

Ceyatatar can be found off the Gold Road from the Imperial City towards Skingrad. You can read about this location in a book called Glories and Laments (found on the coffee table in the house of Lord Umbacano in the Talos district.) The author of the book mentioned leaving Gottlesfont Priory and finding Ceyatatar.

This ruin had three fairly small "sections", all taken over by conjurers who summon daedric creatures. There is a small amount of treasure, some alchemy components and a bunch of Welkynd stones in the final chamber. There is a "secret" exit back to the forest (to save you having to tramp back through the entire ruin, I suppose.) The secret entrance can be found before the main entrance itself, but going in from the "back route" gains you only a small amount of loot, since there is no way to open the secret door from the other side.
Inside you can find five Welkynd Stones.
