City Watch

The City Watch is an organization in each city in Cyrodiil that act like a sort of police, preventing crime, and do not hesistate to kill you if you get in their way. Each city has its own city seal, and that seal is on the shield and armor of each guard member. For each city, there is a guard captain, and there is also a bodyguard who protects the Count and Countess in the castle. The guards will turnover at certain times of the day, and they rest in the guard towers or in the guard barracks.
