Claude Maric

Claude Maric is the only known treasure hunter besides the player and is in Lord Umbacano's employ. He is an all-business mercenary who doesn't care for much except money. He can be used if the player has difficulty finding Malada in the Nothing You Can Possess quest. After the player finds the High Fane, Maric (along with a few cronies) attempts to steal the Fane from the player.

Assuming he hasn't been killed, he will later join the player as an ally in the Secrets of the Ayleids quest.

Maric can be found in the Roxey Inn. He has a Chameleon ring on and will be an invisible blur, but can still be engaged in conversation.
