Command

Command, which is a spell effect of the Illusion school of magic, places a target under the control of the caster. It can be used to convert foes into allies and have them fight for you. The magnitude of the Command skill governs what level of enemy it can be cast effectively on. Casting a Command spell on an NPC whose level exceeds the magnitude of the command spell has no effect.

Command can be used on friendly NPCs to lead them to a desired location.
