Cutter's Weapons is Crucible's weapons and armor shop. The proprietor, Cutter, is the only smith in the Shivering Isles who can refine Madness Ore into weapons and armor. Like Bliss' smith Dumag gro-Bonk, Cutter is able to recharge weapons.
Cutter's Weapons can be found on the west side of the main road in Crucible, next door to the Museum of Oddities.
