Cylarne is where the Flame of Agnon is held. The Dark Seducers and the Golden Saints fight for control of the Altar of Despair and the Altar of Rapture. A key is required to enter and can be obtained by speaking to one of the guards during part of the main quest. The player must then choose a side with either the mazkin (dark seducers) or the aureals (golden saints). You then help your chosen side destroy the other side in a battle you will fight.
