Dagail is the head mage in the Leyawiin Mages Guild. She is a Wood Elf and the master mysticism trainer. She is also the Leyawiin Recommendation quest-giver for the Mages Guild. In order for her to train your mysticism skill, however, you must have a refrence from a journeyman or expert trainer of mysticism and must have closed at least 3 Oblivion Gates. If you have not closed three, then she will send you out to close more. If you look begind Dagails bed you will see a bunch of Cheap Wine
