Delphine Jend

Delphine Jend is a Breton mage of the Bravil Mages Guild. She is a spell merchant and a Destruction trainer (journeyman). If killed or pickpocketed, she will have a dummy item called <MISSING NAME> (sometimes it's called "Ring"). It is a miscellaneous item and may crash the game.
