Dive Rock with Cheydinhal in background

Dive Rock is a landmark very high up in the mountains to the extreme North East limits and is the highest natural observation point of Cyrodiil. It is located North North-East of Cheydinhal, where the Jerall and Valus mountain ranges meet. It can be quite difficult to reach and you may have to tack back and forth across the steep mountain side to ascend to this icy location. If you have already found Aerin's Camp, then travel diagonally north-north east, working your way up the steep mountainside, preferably on horseback.

On Dive Rock you will find a tent with two beds inside. Agnar's Journal is also located here next to a small camp fire, and Agnar and Svenja's supply sack. To find Agnar himself head South South-East from Dive Rock towards the first large bushes you can see. The Uderfrykte Matron creature is also located here. The Matron is an unusually large troll who shimmers like the snow she inhabits and is best defeated with fire based magic. Inside the Matron you will find what's left of Agnar's wife, including her Frostwyrm Bow, an elven bow which has an enchantment of 15 frost damage points on strike. You will also find Svenja's Head, Svenja's Torso, two of Svenja's Arms, as well as two of Svenja's Legs.

When you go and try to loot poor Agnar's body, all but his fur helmet is ripe for the picking. Once you pick up the helmet, you receive notice that "you may not scavenge your fallen opponent's weapons or shields", reminiscient of your days at the Arena.

If you approach the very tip of Dive Rock and look out over Cyrodiil you will receive several locations marked on your map, including the lucrative Kingscrest Cavern.

Aside from simple viewing, Dive Rock is also popular as a place to shove companions (such as the Adoring Fan) to their deaths, as well as suicides.
