Door to Cyrodiil is a landmark in the western corner of The Fringe that is found as soon as you step through A Strange Door. If you do not accept Haskill's invitation on behalf of Sheogorath, this is the only location in the Shivering Isles you will ever know.

Note: You will be able to kill the Khajiit standing outside, S'fara, without getting a bounty on your head.
