The Dwemer Forge is an upgrade that can be purchased from Nilphas Omellian after you have already purchased at least one upgrade from him and received his note from a Battlehorn Man-At-Arms back at Battlehorn Castle.

When you are near the Forge, your armorer skill is fortified by 15 points. The effect will end as soon as you go away from the Forge.
