Frost Shield

Frost Shield is the name of a particular Potion and scroll template used in Oblivion that protects the user from frost spells (such as frost and icestorm). The Frost shield effect combines the effects Resist Frost and Shield. The spell's magnitude is considered as armor against both physical damage and frost damage. Effectiveness and degree of protection (expressed as a percentage) vary and the very best frost shield potions cost up to a few hundred Septims. They can be found in most Alchemy shops and scattered around Oblivion's wilderness as random loot.
