Glarthir

Glarthir is an insane Wood Elf, likely having schizophrenia and a severe case of paranoia. He believes that the entire city of Skingrad is conspiring against him. In the quest Paranoia he asks the player to spy on Bernadette Peneles (a person Glarthir watches pass by), Toutius Sextius (Glarthir actually waits outside his house) and Davide Surilie, none of whom are watching Glarthir. In the end Glarthir can turn on you, resulting in his death, kill others and be killed by the guard, or pay you 1,000 gold to assassinate any or all of the NPCs that you report are spying on him. He will give you a List of death. Glarthir's body is marked as a quest item and will not disappear after death.

• If you Resurrect Glarthir with the Staff of Worms, any guards in the area will fight and attempt to kill him.
• If you Resurrect him with the console "Resurrect" he will instanlty be hostile to you and attempt to kill you with only his fists. Any civilians nearby will help you fight him.
