Havilstein Hoar-Blood

Havilstein Hoar-Blood will be your target in the quest The Coldest Sleep, a Dark Brotherhood quest. He has a pet wolf named Redmaw and is very skilled in the use of an enchanted axe, and he dons Fur Armor as well. He has set up his camp on Gnoll Mountain, in the Jerall Mountain range, southeast of Bruma, and he and his wolf will attack you on sight. Supposedly, Havilstein is a Silencer in the Dark Brotherhood.
