The Raiment of Valor given as a reward for defeating the Gray Prince in the Arena, you receive it from Ysabel Andronicus in the Arena Bloodworks. You get to choose either a light armor or heavy armor version, both have the same enchantment. Neither of the Raiments can be duplicated.
