Hill of Suicides

The Hill of Suicides is located in the center of the Shivering Isles. The ghosts of those who killed themselves are eternally cursed to remain here. However, these ghosts are not able to be spoken to. A reference to this area is mentioned by a resident of Split, as well as in the quest Final Resting. The ghosts can be freed, however. A skull rests in the Shivering Isles for each one of the ghosts residing on the hill. Bringing the skull of one of the deceased on the hill to its respective owner will result in the disappearance of the ghost and a long-lasting 100-point Fortify Fatigue enchantment. This information can be found from one of the residents in the settlement of Deepwallow. It is actually possible to kill the ghosts there by pushing them off the edge of the cliff. It takes around 3 drops to kill them. After they drop they will teleport back to the top of the cliff in which you can do it again.
The locations of the skulls are as follows: Bog-Trotter in Knotty Bramble, Gadeneri Knifepoint Hollow, Limark in Milchar, M’Desi in Rotten Den, and Viria in Cann.
Also, if you bring every single ghost their skull, you will receive the spell "Risen Flesh".
