Hillod the Outlaw is a male Redguard who lives in the Imperial City Waterfront. He is a member of the Thieves Guild. He says he was involved in the construction of Raven Rock, a town that is located on the snowy island north of Morrowind called Solstheim, before a run-in with the law.
