Hirrus Clutumnus is an Imperial who believes his life is worthless and wants to die. He wants to be killed by someone though or else he'll be doomed to wander the Hill of Suicides as a ghost. He is killable in Final Resting, a quest given by him and as a reward you can take his key to get the Ring of Happiness.
