Imperial Watch armor

From the OblivioWiki – your guide to everything Oblivion

[edit] Description

The Imperial Watch Armor is worn by the Captains of the Watch, as well as the elite Palace Guards that oversee the protection of the Imperial Palace and the Elder Council. A Watch Captain or Palace Guard is easily distinguishable by their armor being white with gold inlay, as well as bearing dragon rampant insignia on the chest plate and a red dragon belt. All Palace Guards and some Watch Captains can be found carrying a matching shield, white and gold with a spike jutting out from the center.

The Imperial Dragon Armor (or Emperor's Armor) is similar to this except that the Imperial Dragon is dark gold and bronze instead of white and gold

[edit] Obtaining

The Imperial Watch Armor is impossible to obtain. With the exception of mods, sadly they are only for the PC version of the game.

There are, however, certain cases where the shield can be obtained:

  • The Imperial Watch Shield can also be obtained from palace guards. This almost certainly requires you to murder one and become a wanted fugitive however.
