Janus Hassildor

Janus Hassildor is the count of Skingrad and reputed to be a powerful mage. Long ago in 3E 383, Janus and his wife Rona Hassildor fell victim to vampires, and as a result both are now creatures of the night. Janus' wife rejected the "curse", and because of this the count is desperately searching for a cure, that he might give her peace. It is difficult to get an audience with Janus Hassildor as he does not appear in the hall unlike other counts due to his condition. He also has a connection with the Arcane University and is involved in tasks for them.

Occasionally the Count leaves Skingrad and wonders west down the road. Because the ingame time moves so fast it is possible to see him in broad daylight though he is obviously taking sun damage but it doesn't outright kill him so that he can make it back to Skingrad.
