The Langourwine Blade is a dagger that has a very potent poison that imitates death and the person or creature struck by it can only be revived by the antidote for it. After the use of this weapon, the poison disappears and the blade becomes practically useless. This blade is used in the Dark Brotherhood quest, The Assassinated Man, where you have to fake the murder of Francois Motierre.
