Leyawiin is the southernmost city of Cyrodiil. It's at the southern mouth of the Lower Niben River, where the river empties into Topal Bay. Count Marius Caro and Countess Alessia Caro are the rulers of the city. During the Oblivion Crisis, it is surrounded by Oblivion Gates, two of which are directly outside the City, and more along the northern path which leads to the Shrine of Nocturnal.
Due to the closeness to the provinces of Elsweyr and Black Marsh, Leyawiin is heavily populated with Argonians and Khajiits. The weather in Leyawiin is similar to all of Blackwood, very rainy and foggy.
