Lipsand Tarn

Lipsand Tarn is a large elven ruin located in deep the Colovian Highlands region of northwestern Cyrodiil. It is some distacne north of Nonwyll Cavern and northeast of Cloud Top. It is west of Sancre Tor.

Not overly large, Lipsand Tarn is impressive nonetheless. Located on the crest of a high mountain range it is easily seen from some distance. The ruin is best approached from a mountain trail to the east up a set of once grand stone stairs leading to Lipsand Tarn's stone door. Approaching from the south is impossible due to the steep mountain side.

It's occupied by various vampires, contains several traps. It also has a unique Elven Ceremonial Helmet in the large room where you push the button to activate the stairs.
