Mahei's House is located at the southeast corner of Leyawiin. Mahei is a low-level Athletics trainer. Mahei and his wife Numeen are friends with Countess Alessia Caro. If Numeen is at home and the Thieves Guild quest "Ahdarji's Heirloom" isn't running, there's a 50 percent chance the Countess will visit Numeen. The couple dine at the castle on Middas and the countess at their home on Turdas.
