Matthias Draconis

Matthias Draconis is an Imperial guard to Lord Umbacano. He is one of the children of Perennia Draconis. He guards Umbacano Manor in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District, and has a house of his own just around the corner. He doesn't have much to say nor do except his duties to Lord Umbacano. You must kill Matthias along with the rest of the Draconis family in the Dark Brotherhood quest, Next of Kin.
