My Bravil House
From the OblivioWiki – your guide to everything Oblivion
Housename: My Bravil House
Location: South side of the canal in Bravil, below Luciana Galena's House
Initial Cost: 4000 ![]()
Total Base Cost: 7900
[edit] General
This house is a small wooden shack, of which you get the first floor (the second is inhabited by Luciana Galena). You can acquire this residence from Count Regulus Terentius, who resides in Castle Bravil, for the sum of 4000
, not including the cost of furniture upgrades, provided that his disposition towards you is at least 50. Upgrades are available from Nilawen at The Fair Deal.
This is roughly the second smallest house in the game, consisting of only one "room," which will include the bedroom, dining, and storage areas.
A small bug has been known to occur where after purchasing the house, it remains the property of the count thus you can be arrested for entering it, on the PC this can be fixed by loading the console, selecting the door and typing setownership.
[edit] Completing the Quest
- 1. Head to Castle Bravil and speak with Count Regulus Terentius. Select the "buying a house in Bravil" option.
- I just bought a house in Bravil on the east side of the canal.
- 2. Go inside your new home.
- Now that I've arrived at my new house in Bravil, I may want to head over to Nilawen at The Fair Deal to secure some furnishings for it.
- 3. Visit Nilawen at the Fair Deal (after crossing the bridge to the main area of the town, it is the third door on the right) and buy all of the upgrades she has to offer.
- I've now bought everything Nilawen has for my house in Bravil.
