This house costs 15,000 to purchase initially, in addition to the cost to purchase all of the furnishings. Count Andel Indarys will sell it to you, but his disposition towards you must be at least 60, and your fame rating must be at least 12.

Furniture can be bought from Borba gra-Uzgash at Borba's Goods and Stores, located just north of the Cheydinhal Fighters Guild.

The house has two stories, the bottom containing a foyer/living room and dining room, the second floor containing a bedroom, study area, and storage area.
