Initial Cost: 2000 ![]()
Total Base Cost: 4000
[edit] General
This house is a wooden shack located in the Waterfront district of the Imperial City. It can be acquired from Vinicia Melessaeia at the Office of Imperial Commerce for 2,000
, not including the cost of furniture upgrades, provided that her disposition towards you is at least 50. Furniture can be purchased from Sergius Verus at Three Brothers Trade Goods in the Market District.
This house is suited for new adventurers, although it is the smallest house in the game, you can still store everything you need, and use its bed to rest. The storage-area upgrade can also be stolen (saving early expenses) by taking the "house storage area" note from on top of a crate in Marinus Catiotus' basement in the Elven Gardens District. Luronk gro-Glurzog also has the storage and painting updates in his basement. The House Kitchen Area upgrade can be found in Santus Varrid's house, upstairs, on a desk, along with the wall hangings and paintings upgrade.
