A rather run-down house in the poorer area of Leyawiin that you can purchase for 7000 Image:GoldIcon.png, in addition to the cost of furniture. Count Marius Caro, who resides in Castle Leyawiin, will sell you the house, but his disposition towards you must be at least 60. You can buy the furniture upgrades for the house from Gundalas at the Best Goods and Guarantees.

This house is rather small, only made up of one "room" that contains everything: bedroom, dining room, and storage area.
