Marks an article as requiring expansion and adds it as a stub.Necromancy is the magic of the dead. Necromancy allows the user to summon and control undead minions to do their bidding. Necromancers can be extremely dangerous if not disposed of quickly. Necromancers usually have strong potions of sorcery and healing, scrolls or soul gems. Even if you are in the mages guild it is still possible to summon the undead, even if another member can see you. Being a strong necromancer is a difficult yet powerful status to achieve. Necromancy also involves animating the dead (as shown by Mannimarco's Staff of Worms) and the creation of Black Soul Gems. The Mages Guild bans the art of necromancy under the rule of Hannibal Traven, which is apparently why many mages left the guild. However, Falcar of Cheydinhal still studies it until he leaves, judging by the Black Soul Gems found in his room.
