Noveni Othran

Noveni Othran is a Dunmer necromancer (unusual, since generally dark elves hate necromancers) you kill in the Mages Guild quest A Mage's Staff. She is the only necromancer during the quest that strikes up a conversation with you and she refers to making your corpse dance. She also has two other necromancers with her ready to ambush you.
Her last name is the same as Aldos Othran who dies during the quest Corruption and Conscience and they are both Dunmer too.
