Ohtimbar is a member of the Fighter's Guild in Cheydinhal. He does not offer any services or training. He holds the rank of Guardian, which only three other members have reached (Azzan, Burz gro-Khash and Keld of the Isles). He used to be a combatant in the arena, but got out while he "still had the standard set of arms, legs and ears."
