The most naturally talented warriors in Tamriel. In addition to their cultural affinities for many weapon and armor styles, they also have a hardy constitution and a natural resistance to disease and poison.

The most naturally talented warriors in Tamriel, the dark-skinned Redguards of Hammerfell seem born to battle, though their pride and fierce independence of spirit makes them more suitable as scouts or skirmishers, or as free-ranging heroes and adventurers, than as rank-and-file soldiers. In addition to their cultural affinities for many weapon and armor styles, Redguards are also physically blessed with hardy constitutions, resistance to poison and disease, and quickness of foot. Redguards do not share the same blood as the other human races. Their original home was not Tamriel.

This will increase your Endurance and Strength by 10. This is helpful because Redguards already have +10 Endurance & Strength naturally.

Usually a sign preferable for Mages, this will assist a Redguard greatly thanks to the Spell Absorption feat. For someone who wants to play a Redguard in a melee class, this will help negate magical assaults which otherwise could be problematic. For someone who prefers a more balanced gameplay style, the +150 Magicka bonus helps offset their relatively low Intelligence for spellcasting purposes.
