Resist Frost

Marks an article as requiring expansion and adds it as a stub.The ability to take less damage from frost. Some examples of this are the Nord special ability to resist 50% frost damage or the Frost Shield spell. This can also be added on to armor either by using an altar of enchanting or sigil stones acquired from an Oblivion Gate.
