Rose of Sithis

The Rose of Sithis is an arrow given to Dark Brotherhood members for the quest Permanent Retirement, which enables them to kill Adamus Phillida with one shot. It has no other purpose and if recovered from the body can be used as a normal arrow, as well as being able to be duplicated using the arrow+bow method or the scroll method.
