Scar-Tail is an Argonian and former Shadowscale who broke the oath he made to his kingdom in the Black Marsh. In the Dark Brotherhood quest The Renegade Shadowscale, the player is sent to kill Scar-Tail. Scar-Tail's secret stash is inside the hollowed-out rock by his tent.
