Shattered Scales Cave

A standard cave at the end of the South fork of the Panther River. Not much of interest, just two zones occupied by a small handful of creatures. Inside are about five chests, none containing anything too exciting.

Just like every other cave, there's a ton of Cairn Bolete and Wisp Stalk inside. Only thing even remotely interesting is a single Nirnroot outside, just Southwest of the entrance, on the shore of the Panther.
