Sir Roderic is a balding knight from High Rock taking up the holy Pilgrimage as directed by the Prophet. While on your own pilgrimage it is possible to encounter a mounted Sir Roderic and his squire Lathon on the road. The knight will discuss the prophet or the pilgrimage, as well as welcoming you to share the road with him, but nothing else. Lathon is more talkative and will tell you of Sir Roderic fighting a losing battle at Wayrest but that he has won many other battles.
